Into The Woods

In this classic musical by Stephen Sondheim, the world of fairy tales is fractured in a powerful and tuneful way.  When a baker and his wife learn they have been cursed by the witch next door, they embark on a quest to break the spell by swindling, lying to, and stealing from Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Rapunzel and Jack (the one who climbed the beanstalk).  However, what begins a lively irreverent fantasy becomes a moving lesson about community responsibility and the stories we tell our children when the characters are forced to face the consequences of their actions.

Attention Patrons: On Sunday, November 13, the United Methodist Church (where our theatre is located) is sponsoring a much needed Food Bank. When you come to see our show on that day, we hope you will consider bringing with you one or more non-perishable food items and/or toiletries (soap, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.) to donate to their cause. We and they would be grateful for your generosity.
